These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidCadence (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Credits & Billing

• The Service operates on a credit system. Generating content consumes credits based on length and the AI models used.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and retain access through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates others' rights.
• Is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive.
• Impersonates others or spreads deliberate misinformation.
• Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the videos you generate, and you may use them commercially, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your content and its use comply with applicable laws and platform policies. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Third-Party Platforms

When you publish to third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), you are also bound by their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidCadence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
